Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require your order number.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless you have notified us otherwise and we accept your reason.
- Please note we reserve the right to request evidence (images and or video) before issuing any refund of defective or damage goods.
- Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if appliciable), within five working day.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at contact@fantastick.icu and the reason for the exchange.
Exempt Goods (if applicable)
The following are exempt from refunds:

Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@fantastick.icu and we will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with an outcome.

- The return item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsiblity.
