Shipping Policy

 Shipping Carrier and Destinations

· UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Evri with delivery tracking to mainland UK which includes Scottish Island, Isle of Scilly and the Isle of Man. 

· At present we don’t ship to Northern Ireland, Guernesy, or internationally (including the EU) but we are working on shipping to these areas in the near future along with next day delivery.

UK Shipping 

· Standard domestic UK shipping is free.

· Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

· Standard shipping time will take 2-3 working days (not weekends).

Dispute Delivery 

· If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 30 days starting from the day that the tracking status for your order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatched Confirmation).
